The Middle East and North Africa for Public Administration Think Tank Network (MENAPAR) promotes evidence-based policy and decision-making in public administration in the Arab States. The objectives of this network are to strengthen research capabilities of the public sector in the Middle East and North Africa and facilitate the implementation of innovative solutions for public administration through South-South cooperation.
