About:

Asabe Shehu Yar’adua Foundation is a civil society non-profit NGO founded with a mission to add more value to the world and revive the dying values towards a strong, united and more focused humanity. It emphasizes the need for everyone their brothers’ keepers for the promotion of humanity the creation of a healthy and secure future for all. The foundation works in line with the United Nations, with its focus on public enlightenment, senior citizens, women, children and youths support program. The primary objective is preserving and promoting the great ideals of the renowned patriot Late Tafida (General) Shehu Musa Yar’Adua the former vice president to the Federal Republic of Nigeria during Obansajo’s regime. Ambassador Dr. Hajiya Asabe Shehu Yar’Adua has over the years been using the foundation in touching lives and building futures.

Motivation

Asabe Shehu Yar’adua Foundation believes in building bridges across the various ethnic and religious groups, are ardently in popular participation of the masses in the administration of public affairs. In addition, the foundation was built to honour my legacy, especially at this time, with the high level of ignorance among our people. There is also a concern on the level of poverty, hunger, sufferings and diseases, among our people and the need for proper orientation for good governance.

Mission 

To add more value to the world and revive the dying values towards a strong, united and more focused HUMANITY and to emphasize the need for everyone to be his or her brother’s keeper for the promotion of HUMANITY and create a healthy and secure future for all.

Vision

To lay a Solid Foundation for Sustainable Poverty Reduction, Women Empowerment, Fight against Child Abuse, provision of Sustainable clean Water, Empowerment Generation, Wealth Creation, Humanitarian Services in Communities and Combat Climate Problem to make the World a better place for all.
