APCI coordinates the supply and demand of International Technical Cooperation (ITC) at different levels of the State and civil society, contributing to the reduction of gaps, exclusion, and social inequality, in accordance with the National Development Policy, the Foreign Policy of Peru, and the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) of the 2030 Agenda. APCI promote the alignment of International Technical Cooperation and the Offer of International Technical Cooperation from Peru (OPCTI), in accordance with the National Policy for International Technical Cooperation (PNCTI) until 2030 and in line with the country\\\'s dual role as both a recipient and provider of ITC.
