The aim in developing the Concept Paper on Gender Mainstreaming in South-South and Triangular Cooperation on Renewable Energy is to facilitate dialogue and learning exchange to identify strategic actions that will address gender gaps in access to renewable energy in the form of policy enhancement, programme development, supporting innovation, and multi-stakeholder collaboration.
