The Medical Concierge Group (TMCG) is a private digital health company that designs and delivers health solutions that are locally and contextually appropriate for Africa and achieve the desired outcome across the healthcare value chain. Registered in 2012 and headquartered in Kampala-Uganda we deliver telemedicine and last mile medical services through our customer brand, Rocket Health. Our innovation is an end-to-end digitally supported platform that offers prevention, diagnosis, care and treatment services for chronic disease patients. Health content on positive living is developed and delivered via mobile SMS for awareness creation and prevention. A 24/7 medical call center staffed with qualified health professionals offers teleconsultation and remote resolutions of clients’ inquiries via text, voice and video. Laboratory sample pick-ups and pharmaceutical/medicine deliveries for the clients are delivered through last mile courier services at the patient’s convenient location.
