Health content on positive living is developed and delivered via mobile SMS for awareness creation and prevention. A 24/7 medical call center staffed with qualified health professionals offers teleconsultation and remote resolutions of clients’ inquiries via text, voice and video. Laboratory sample pick-ups and pharmaceutical/medicine deliveries for the clients are delivered through last mile courier services at the patient’s convenient location.
