Regional Disaster Management Agency of North Sumatra Province -Indonesia is a work unit of the North Sumatra Provincial Government that manages disaster management and risk reduction services that have an impact on strengthening the environment for inclusive economic welfare. Through the Vision \\\"North Sumatra Collaboration: Blessings Towards a Superior, Advanced, and Sustainable North Sumatra,\\\"which translates into the following missions: Improving Human Resources Quality, Maintaining Macroeconomic Stability, Improving Governance Quality, Developing and Arranging Quality, Aesthetic, and Environmentally Friendly Infrastructure, Strengthening Social and Cultural Resilience to Build a Resilient North Sumatra Community. As a Disaster Analyst, the interventions carried out focus on strengthening communities in disaster management and risk reduction based on local wisdom diversity through environmental hub solutions that are able to improve the economic welfare of the community inclusively through disaster-responsible sub-district communities (KENCANA), disaster-resilient villages (DESTANA), disaster-resilient villages (KELTANA), disaster-safe educational units (SPAB), disaster-safe madrasah-pesantren units (SMAB), disaster-resilient families (KATANA), disaster-resilient women (WATANA). All of which are pillars and capital for building a disaster-aware culture based on environmental hub solutions that improve economic welfare in 6,113 villages/sub-districts.
