Five Star Quality and Justice Associates (5QJA) is a consultancy specializing in quality management, quality assurance, quality control, criminal justice, law enforcement and corrections consulting and training.

Based in San Fernando Trinidad and Tobago the company’s experts has provided consulting services and training to many criminal justice and academic organizations for over twenty years.
