Viceministerio de Cooperación Internacional (VIMICI)
Es el responsable de definir las políticas, normas y procedimientos para la solicitud, recepción, gestión y evaluación de la cooperación técnica y financiera no reembolsable en el marco de los programas y proyectos identificados como prioritarios, en el Plan Nacional Plurianual del Sector Público. Participa en la negociación de los convenios de cooperación internacional y mantiene las relaciones con las Agencias de Cooperación no Reembolsable.
