Shiraz University is engaged in educational activities and training young researchers in various fields. As an Iranian frontend of innovation, Shiraz University was established in 1946 in Shiraz, a city of mankind civilization and literature. Consistently ranked Iran\\\'s second-best comprehensive university, Shiraz University has been able to represent itself as a pioneer in many areas, such as establishing new majors in doctoral programs and E-learning in Iran, establishment of the university\\\'s International Division and in contributing towards shaping the future of the country\\\'s development by making connections with industrial groups and the private sector.
